Steps of Progress Report Submission

Step 1:
Supervisors and candidates submit their on-line reports to the DRPC for consideration.

Step 2:
2a - After the DRPC has considered both supervision and candidate's progress monitoring reports, an email will be sent to the supervisor and the candidate alerting them to view the reports with the comments of the DRPC.
2b - The DRPC will submit the supervision and candidate's progress monitoring reports with their comments to the FHDC for consideration.

Step 3:
The FHDC will consider all reports submitted by the DRPC and submit summaries of reports to the BoGS.

Step 4:
The BoGS will consider summaries of reports submitted by FHDCs.
